Privacy Policy — Rivo
This Policy explains how SIA "Rivo Services" (Ģimnāzijas iela 16, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia) processes personal data of users of rivo.lv and the Rivo consumer app.

1. Data we process
- Name, phone, email and account data
- Order data: addresses, route, status, notes, history
- Device location for maps, booking and tracking — with system permission
- Payment metadata via the payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Device and app technical data, push notifications
- Support messages
- Website forms you submit
2. Location
Location is used to show the map, estimate route or price, match a provider and display order status.
Access is requested by the system while you use the app. You can revoke it in device settings; some features may be unavailable without location.
3. Purposes
We process data to provide the service (account, orders, support), to comply with the law, to protect security and service quality, and on the basis of consent where required.
4. Sharing
Data may be shared with providers fulfilling your order as needed; infrastructure, payment and hosting providers; and public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept for the account and order lifecycle plus periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact info@rivo.lv.

7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
