Privacy Policy (Rivo Work)
This Policy explains how SIA "Rivo Services" processes personal data of users of the Rivo Work app — for drivers, couriers, specialists and other workers on the Rivo platform. For the consumer Rivo app, see https://rivo.lv/privacy.

2. Data we process
We may process:
- name, phone, email, role and account data;
- verification documents and photos where required;
- job data: addresses, statuses, timestamps, fulfilment photos, job messages;
- location while you work (see section 3);
- payout data via the payment provider;
- device and app technical data, push notifications;
- support requests.
3. Location
Location is used to assign jobs, estimate arrival time, show your position to the customer, and support job fulfilment while you are available for work or completing a job.
Access is requested by the system. You can revoke it in device settings; without location, accepting and completing jobs may be unavailable.
We do not use location for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate your workspace and jobs, handle payouts, comply with the law, protect safety and service quality, and on the basis of consent where required.
5. Sharing
Customers receive only the profile information needed for the job. Data is also processed by infrastructure, payment and hosting providers, and by public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell worker personal data.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and job data are kept for the partnership term and periods required by law. Verification documents are kept only as long as needed for checks.

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact info@rivo.lv. Complaint: Datu valsts inspecija or your EU/EEA supervisory authority.
